Imac g5 no video no sound logic board?

So yea i have an iMac g5 20" well its been in storage for a while but i thought i would try and save it. It seems like it powers on the fan turns on and the front light turns on but other than that there isnt a whole lot going on. 2 of those little LED's turn on the first and the second one and i was hoping it wasnt the logic board cause thats just a little pricey so maybe power supply which is why it cant power on the LCD and why its not communicating and explains the last LED that isnt on(long shot i know)? Thoughts, suggestions, kill my hopes and dreams? Oh and all the capacitors looks fine, no bulging exploding ones.
