Imac G5 Problems

I have an Imac G5 1.9 GH Power PC 3rd Gen. OSX 10.4.11. I am getting "You must restart your computer" Kernel Panic errors. I tried resetting the PRAM as someone suggested. It appeared to work but I still get the errors and now my Itunes headings and HELP are in German. The store is in English but all of the headings and HELP panels are not.

Can someone please suggest help for both problems or either one.
