Hi,

i have had my imac for a year now. when it turns on there is the usual white screen with the apple. but then however it turns to a blank blue screen and basically doesnt react to anything except the mouse sometimes works and can be seen.

i took it to tekserve and they told me it was a software problem. they apparently fixed it and gave it back. when i got home the imac started out fine but then gradually started giving me the blue screen.

i just got the imac back from tekserve and even though they told me that the problem was resolved my computer still gets a blue screen when i turn it on. not even the safe mode start up keps help.

please let me know how i can resolve this!

i thought it was hard to mess up a mac!!!
