iMAC GPU upgrade 980M

Hey,
I was wondering if there was already anyone who tried to install the new Nvidia 980M GPU inside there normal IMAC. (Won't fit in the rIMAC anyway so lets just focus on the normal Imac.)

Would be a killer!

Hopefully Apple is trying this right now in preparation for the next refresh

I've read before that the changeable MXM graphic module generate more heat than those soldered.

Maybe that's the reason why Apple went soldered with the slim iMacs.

That and for forced upgrades...

GPUs from the Mid 2011 iMacs are confirmed to be working on earlier 27inch Models.
