iMac graphics chips

I have the option to pick between the NVIDIA GeForce GT 130 512MB or the ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB. It seems to me the ATI is faster and better for gaming, am i under the right impression? I would like to make sure before i place my order.

I believe the 4850 is the faster card (for gaming anyways). Might want to wait for others' replies to confirm this . Congrats on the purchase!

Forum members seem to have traced it to a wireless issue, so I assume it'll be fixed soon. Anyway, I'd still buy the 4850 as it's only a little bit more expensive, but... well let the benches do the talking.

I wish these sites would stop benchmarking using OS X games. There's clearly a MASSIVE bottleneck caused by the OS and really, if people are buying a machine for gaming then they'll be using Windows to play.
