My HDD is after Apple recalls replaced by a same copy of seagate
ST3000DM001.
Is this true for everyone?
And why no other brand, after these problems with seagate 3T drives?

Is it only an Apple problem with these drives as I have 16 of the ST3000DM001 in 4x4bay NAS units in use for the last 2-3 years with only one problem drive. I replaced the problem drive put it in an external case gave it a full format and it has worked perfectly since.

Not true, Backblaze shows it had a lot of problems with 3TB Seagate drives. You're just lucky.
