iMac Help Needed!!!

Hey guys, just another question regarding my July 2010 27" iMac. I currently have the core i3 version dual 3.2 Ghz with 8GB of RAM 1 TB hard drive. I was wondering if it is possible to purchase the core i5 or i5 that is compatible with my year iMac and some how a professional can remove and install the new and old chips. Why would you want to void your warranty? I also think the CPU is soldered into the MLB.
