iMac i7 Lagging in Games

I started noticing while playing Team Fortress 2 or CS: Source that after a few minutes of play my computer's fan will get really loud than random jumps of video lag kick in. I am playing in Bootcamp and I have had no video lag issues before. Is there something wrong with my computer or fan?

I am running Bootcamp on a iMac i7 late 2011.
