iMac internal HD broken,how copy mi external Usb HD.

Hi all,my iMac alu have the internal HD broken,now i boot from external usb HD,i buy a 750gb HD to change the broken internal,now how i can copy the external usb HD,to the new 750gb HD,the usb is a exact copy from my broken HD,not a image .dmg,any can help me,thanks in advance :)
