iMac+iPad or MBP/MBA

1. 21.5' iMac and iPad 2

or

2. Macbook Air (13')

or

3. Macbook Pro (13')


*I currently have a 3 year old Macbook, so there is no hurry to make this decision. Let me know if you think I should wait for something better.

*I use these devices for web browsing, listening to music, emails, and organizing pictures.

With the things listed as your primary uses, I definitely say go with the mbp.

ohh that's kinda a hard choice to make..
with the things you listed, i would definitely go with the MBA as option 1 [but if you are planning to do some video editing and that stuff go for a pro]

although the iPad would be a great toy, it's just extra $$$ i guess.

So yeah,

Depends on what you like to do on the Go.

For example if you don't plan on ever doing anything to intense on the go like just web browsing and checking email then the iPad should do so option 1 isn't too bad. However, if you want to be able to do serious work on the go the I would go with the 13" MBP.

I have a 13" MBP that I use as a desktop and an iPad that I carry around. I would have sprung for the iMac but I want the pro just in case I have to take a "real" computer with me out of the house. But if that's out of the question go with the iMac and iPad combo.
