iMac / iPhone vpn???

So, my wife served me with divorce paperwork, and now wired things are happening.

I have an iMac desktop computer and an Airport router in the house. My wife recently upgraded from an HTC Evo 4g to the iPhone 4s. I decided to wait for the iphone 5. Now she seems to know what I'm looking at on the computer when she's not in the room. What I'm curious about is if she has installed a keylogger into the computer or if there is some VPN capabilities with the iPhone 4s. Or is there a way she can see what websites have been accessed through the router. Because I don't have an iPhone I don't know exactly what the new IOS is capable of.

aren't you just using the same apple id with bookmark syncing?

I believe so, but I don't know. She doesn't let me see her phone. Can she see what is on the computer through her phone that way?
