iMac issues....Help Please!

New to iMac....I bought my 1st ever Mac product in May, iMac 27' 2.7 i5 / 4 GB 1333 DDR3 V 10.6.8 Mac OS X

I added the pad mouse, but no other changes.

issue 1- when I type, the cursor will jump around on it's own and mess me up. I'm guessing it's a sensetivity issue?

issue 2- the pad mouse....it's choppy sometimes when I do the 2 finger scroll?

issue 3- sometimes when I type....the letters come up slow?

Is there any upgrades I need to do? Programs to run to keep system smooth? I plan on maxing the RAM soon.....any brand better than the other for Mac?

Oh....is there anyway to increase the size of the fonts on my bookmark bar?

Go under settings to fix the sensitivity

Wat are u running to have it choppy? I know I get that too when I load like 9-11 tabs refreshing!

Again which apps are u typing from? A browser?

Just in regular web pages.....it may be the number of pages open I guess. I'm running whatever came on it....no changes made.
