I'm new to this forum, so apologies if this thread is not in the correct spot. I know there has been a lot of discussion about Kanex XD, but from a quick search I have not found one that answered my question. Which is I have an issue with toggling between my Mac and PS3. When I installed the Kanex XD, it worked immediately and I'm very pleased with the results. However I was led to believe (video demos) that you could toggle by using CMD + F2. In my case this does not work.
When I start to use the PS3 I have to remove the MDP cable from the Mac and then reinsert it in order to get the PS3 to work. Conversely at the end of my session (having tried to toggle) I finish up with a blank black screen and have to press the restart button on the Mac to get back into my operating system. I have yet to give a satisfactory reply from Kanex and wondered whether I might get a more speedy reply from MacRumours. I look forward to some advice which might solve my problem. Thanks.
