iMac late 2010 Long beep at startup, Boots fine no other issues.

Hi there,

I have an iMac which beeps every morning at first start-up.There is only one long 3 second beep and after that it continues to boot after 1 minute black screen. after booting into os-x it works fine. so far I have already replaced the RTC Battery and Ram but the problem still exist.
