Guys, I do not use WiFi on my iMac because it is connected to the router via !GB LAN cable. But, if I keep WiFi OFF, it cannot receive my location and cannot use Map or Where is My Mac.. It is strange why it cannot get the location from the LAN internet, since the IP and Internet provider is the same as WiFi to router or LAN-to-router... :)

You are correct it requires wifi on even if you are using ethernet. That is because the services use wifi geolocation to locate the device. I know Apple was using Skyhook for this, but I don't know if they still do.
