Hi,
I was updating Leopard (on my parent's iMac, its a G5 iSight), iTunes and 2 other items and so far it has taken over an hour and seems to be frozen whilst installing the 4 items. It says 'Writing package recipt' it is currently but it doesn't seem to be moving. Can I just reset my computer or so i just need to wait and let it install the updates?
Thank you
Amy

I see you posted this over a week ago so I hope you're still not waiting! So what happened (or what was your workaround)?

Lol, I decided to risk turning it off and re-booting. It was fine afterwards, but I think I'll just leave that update for now :)
I might try and update it direct from the Apple Site though, rather than using the Software Update alerts.
:)
