iMac Making Weird Sound While Typing

I just noticed that my iMac makes a sound while I'm typing. It's nothing coming out of the speakers, it's like a rattle that lasts less than a second. It sounds like something is working in the computer, not like something is broken. Any idea what it could be or how to fix it?
