Imac mid 2011 2nd screen change dust contamination

Have just taken my imac into Apple for 2nd screen change and with only 15 days left on my applecare, just in time
It's also in for a new dvd drive new Magic Mouse and track pad.

They never mentioned contamination of dust on the screen last time, so I better make more effort to keep it dust free. Design fault or what

It's a design fault. Mine built up the dust (or whatever it is) fairly fast within the first few months. The only good thing to say about it is that it hasn't gotten worse after that. I guess I should have turned it in for repair right away. But waiting weeks for them to finish isn't very appealing.
