Hello. So, I spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple the other day getting help adding voice memos from the iTunes on my 2010 Mac mini to the new Music app on my new 2020 iMac.

We finally got them in there and because he taught me how to airdrop a new voice memo to the iMac during this, which worked when I tested it, I/we assumed the older voice memos would work too. Well I went to try one today and they won’t work. It says it “can’t locate the file” and when I click “locate” it takes me to a window with a media folder and the music library folder (pics attached) When I click the music library file it just takes me back to all the voice memos in the music app and they still don’t work.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
