Hi
Here's my problem. I use a 21.5" iMac with a regular keyboard + a MM Bluetooth mouse. The main button suddenly stopped to give commands to the computer (but the secondary button works!!!). Changed the batteries, does not work. Plugged my old USB mouse, no change. Tried someone else's USB mouse, no change. Rebooted, no change. Rebooted with Ctrl+Alt+P+R, no change.
The computer seems to boot correctly since I have access to my iMac HD when I connect my laptop on the network.
I must admit I am confused...
Anyone?

Thanks in advance

A bit of a long shot but could possible one of the Ctrl keys to be stuck? Did you install any software like USB Override or similar?

No new apps installed

I'll check this up tomorrow AM for the Ctrl keys.
I did not installed any apps related to USB overriding or any utilities of the sort.

Hi there,

Any update on the solution for the problem? I am in the same situation and have no idea what to do... Any help or advise would be very much appreciated!
