Hi all,
I am located in Tasmania and have an iMac (27-inch, Late 2012)
I am considering relocating my office to my shed, but note that Apple's specs state that an iMac's lowest operating temp is 10º C (50º F)
It gets pretty chilly down here in the morning.
However, the shed is well insulated so condensation should not be a problem.
Does anyone have any experience of using an iMac in cooler temperatures?
Can I expect the iMac to refuse to start up as iPhones do when too hot?
Are there any other potentially damaging consequences from keeping an iMac in an environment which may get down to 1ºC (33ºF) ?
Thanks in advance for any assistance or comments.
