iMac OS upgrade stuck on loding screen

So i have an iMac 24 that i tried restoring. I deleted the Mac HD drive first trying other failed methods before i found this (
)

so now i have the bootable usb with el capitan. i turn on the iMac and hold the option key and only the bootable usb is showing (I guess because i already erased the HD) and select the bootable usb and it goes to a load screen.. the load bar loads to completion (100%) and it sticks there. i left it on for a night and still was on the same screen. any ideas why this is happening??

PLEASE HELP!!
