iMac Pro iMac Pro connected to audioengine B1 Bluetooth receiver

Initially, I was thinking soundblaster E5 or G5 as a DAC to connect to my sound system via toslink from iMac pro USB port .

I now find another Bluetooth receiver which does the same. The iMac pro should transmit digital signal to the receiver which by pass digital signal to my sound system.

I wonder if imac pro can transfer 5.1 digital signal like dts or Dolby digital for gaming audio ? What audio option is available for the internal sound card in iMac pro?
