I own a 18-core iMac Pro with latest Mojave Beta installed, and having problems with any video I play (it doesn’t matter if its in FCPX, Premiere or in the Desktop). The sound is always accelerated, it plays too fast. I’ve been asking in other forums but got no answers. Has anyone installed on its iMac Pro the beta of Mojave and is experiencing the same bug? Just to know if its my computer or its a general bug with iMac Pros...

Thanks in advance!

What setting do you have in "Audio-MIDI Setup"?
In general settings I have internal iMac speakers as output. Its really weird it plays all the sound from the videos accelerated along all the system programs or desktop... i am just curious if I am the only one having that issue with imac pro and Mojave beta... if I am not the only one may be a beta bug and hopefully will be solved when the final version is released...

"Audio MIDI Setup" is a separate app in Applications>Utilities, but this sounds like something else weird might be going on...and it just might be the beta in conjunction with the iMac Pro.

Yeah... it might be! I hope they solve it!

Thanks!!
