Basically, after getting out of the shower and while rushing out of the house, I dripped water on to the keyboard. It works fine, but because I was rushing, I just wiped it without thinking about what I was pressing. Now, for every character I type, the automated voice of the computer narrates it. Same goes for opening programs. I cannot mute from the keyboard, the key do different things now. For example, the volume down key (F11) brings me in to Expose. Also, LimeWire crashes a few seconds after I open it. Any help on how to reverse this problem? Thank you!

command-f5 should shut the voice off.. that or control. I can't remember. You'll hear it say "Voiceover off".

The function keys not working as they should, there's something in keyboard preferences to change that. I don't know of a key combo to switch between them.

Wow that fixed everything, the F(x) keys and even LimeWire! Thank you so much!
