iMac question: display

I am looking to get a 27 to also be able to use as a standalone monitor for a PC. Do either of these have that ability (I think the new ones can not do this correct?):

FB953LL/A (states Originally released late 2009, refurb for $1349)
FC510LL/A ( states Originally released July 2010, refurb for $1269)

How can I know for sure before I order Refurbished online from Apple?

Both of those 27" models will function as a display if you have a mini Display Port on your PC.

The 2011 models will not as they require Thunderbolt not mDP (Though I believe the 21.5" models now have target display mode in this generation, not just the 27")
