I just received my new 20" Imac. I love it. I'm switching over from a pc. I'm having a problem getting airport utility to recognized my extreme basestation which is in the same room as my mac. I'm able to connect to the internet through my wireless network, but when I start utility, it does not see the base station. I also can not see my apple tv's through itunes. Any suggestions?

Are you sure your on your wireless network. If there are others around you the iMac may have connected to one of those. This would explain the Apple TV. You should still be able to see the base station, but that could affect it too.

Also there are 2 airport utilities on you mac, one is for the snow and graphite base station and one titled "AirPort Utility" which would be for you Airport extreme and airport express/
