My iMac is waking up from sleep in the middle of the night. The only clue to what is going on is that is says the wireless keyboard has lost connection.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks.

You can turn off: allow blue tooth device to wake up computer and use power button to wake up.

I have apple bluetooth keyboard but it doesn't happen to me.

Perhaps your battery is low?

That is definitely a solution that I have considered, but it is not the ideal. My bluetooth keyboard has worked fine for a year and a half without doing this. I will try to change the batteries and see if it helps. thanks.
