iMac remotely from Win 7 issue

Hi,
we have a iMac machine which we need to access from Win 7 machine... and we have VNC viewer installed on iMac.
But whenever a person has taken remote connection to this iMac machine through Win7 via VNC viewer, everything works well but a problem is there that
some other person at the same can also take remote connection to this iMac machine and he/she can see all the stuff which previous person is doing.

Note - we are using a particular userId/password for remote connection for all users.


please help me here that once a user is already remotely logged into iMac, no other person can login to that machine.
