I am considering an iMac Retina 5K.

I'm unable to find the actual monitor specs (i.e. brightness level, contrast ratio, sRGB spec, etc.).

Is the monitor considered wide gamut or standard sRGB? What percentage of the Adobe RGB color space does it cover?

Thanks in advance!

Should be 100% sRGB and 80% Adobe RGB

Those specs are always hard to find! SRGB. If your serious about colour, get an Eizo or NEC. I do photography, and have a Spectraview 241 alongside my iMac. Much better for accuracy with its mat screen and conformity.
