iMac running Catalina 10.15.7 crashes and auto restarts every other night

My iMac has been crashing just about every other night while the iMac is asleep. I notice this in the morning when I see the login screen on my iMac. This has been going on for about a month and I'm lost as to what is going on. Here's a brief summary of the crash report:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff8015c8f08c): Wake transition timed out after 180 seconds while calling power state change callbacks. Suspected bundle: com.apple.iokit.IONetworkingFamily. Thread 0xc8db68.
Failure code:: 0x00000080 00000027

This is followed by a bunch of back tracing. Any of you gurus know what's happening and how I can fix this? If more info is needed, please let me know.
