iMac screen scratch...HELP!

My cat got into my office and pawed at my mid 2010 iMac. He left a scratch that you can only see if the computer is off and light is shined on it. I am debating whether or not it is worth 130 dollars for a glass replacement or if I am just too anal.

Only worth the replacement if the cat isn't going to do it again.
