iMac Seagate replacement program extended?

Has the iMac 1TB Seagate Hard Drive Replacement Program been extended? http://www.apple.com/support/imac-harddrive/ Now shows computers between October 2009 and July 2011. Also says Information as of 2012-10-12 at the bottom.

Yes, I just checked and now my iMac qualifies. I'm pretty sure that previously it didn't.
