imac sees pink -epson artisan 810 prints maroon! how do i calibrate the two?

i'm printing a client's info onto a dvd.

using epson print cd software, i brought in images and text and put together a mock-up.

when i go to test print on the artisan 810, the colors don't match.

the imac sees pink -but the epson artisan 810 prints maroon!

how do i calibrate the two?

how do i know if each is working from the same color profile-sRGB?
