iMac Shipping

Hi,
Ive ordered a base model iMac and its supposed to ship today, I was told this by an apple advisor and many times on the apple website, however it hasn't shipped yet. Is there a problem? should I ring apple?

I ordered mine Friday and it shipped about 20 hours after. Has it been 24 for you?

not quite 24, but I assume its too late for them to dispatch it today?

Hmm, I don't know, mine was "Tendered by Fedex" at 2am, about 7 hours after I received the shipment notification email from Apple. Some of their routes are pretty messed up

I'm just bummed I haven't seen a status update for about 50 hours

The day your package is loaded on the delivery truck the tracking info will update to "on truck for delivery". Apple requires a signature for everything they send out - the day your package is headed to you you may want to leave a note with a signature on it taped to your door for the driver.
