iMac sleep/hibernate - never

I have an iMac mid 2011 21.5 inch. Running 10.7.5. I leave it on and locked 24X7. When the power goes out, it boots up, but then goes to sleep if I don't login. How can I get it to power up and stay on whether I login or not?
