My Late 2013 iMac with 32GB RAM, i7, 3TB Fusiondrive having a big Problem with a black screen...
After i followed those steps:

I found out that i cant deleted the Bootcamp Partition and my Data partition to get the full 3TB. I decided to Create a LinuxLiveStick and Format the Drive with gParted to ext4 as ive done before with my last iMac and Catalina....
I formated the Drive and was Happy to finally Start the Update and be only a few minutes away from BigSur!
After i Shutdown the Computer and rebootet it i have a black screen on every atempt to start...
I Hope Somebody could Help me, i dont want to have a thousand Dollar Beick :/
