IMAC stuck in Windows

Don't know what has happened but today my son loaded Windows Vista onto his Imac and now he can't get back to the mac, its stuck on windows with the vista disk still in the drive unable to remove, eject not working on the keyboard as is the option key which i think is the cmd key not sure and because the disk is still in the drive on start up it tries to install again i dont know what to do or even if i can uninstall the vista programme

please any help greatly recieved he needs his nac he's just started his exams

one more piece of advice, throw vista cd in the garbage and get a windows XP cd instead.
