iMac transfer to Macbook Pro question

I have a 2008 20 inch imac, but I am insterested in selling it soon and using what I get from that towards a new 13 inch macbook pro. There are 2 things I would like to know before I do this. I have snow leopard with the app store on the imac, which I used to download aperture 3 a few weeks ago. I also have a website created using iweb. For aperture 3, how will I be able to have that on the new macbook pro without having to pay for it again, since I have no disc for it. And for iWeb, im not sure if I am missing something, but how can I transfer that onto a hard drive, then to the macbook pro. Thanks.

You should be able to download your apps again in the appstore if you use the same account.
