imac turns on reboots in a loop

Sorry for not providing deals i was jus told this by someone ill try get details today..

Turned on for little
Was able open email
Crashed while watching youtube video (No Error Message)

Now turns on get to grey screen then reboots (No Error Message)
Can't hear chime or see pinwheel when it reboots (No Error Message)

Tried disconnecting mouse and keyboard same issue (No Error Message)
Occasionally will turn on start to load chime then stops.

Switched ram same issue (No Error Message)
Switch video card same issue (No Error Message)
Verbose mode ran in black screen ran all this text then rebooted.

Leaft the original Hard drive and power supply in.
