Hey guys!
So, until recently, i had my 2011 21.5" iMac connected to my samsung tv via a hdmi cable and Dp->hdmi adapter. All was working ok. Then I upgraded to Yosemite and suddenly, my iMac doesn't recognise the TV set anymore. I tried reseting (cmd+alt+p+r) and tried various shutdown plug-in/out combinations with tv and mac, but none bore any fruit. I also tried a fresh new adapter and also no success. Under display preferences, detect display option doesn't show anything. Anyone has the same problem? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Regards
Update:
After the approx. 20th time unplugging and replugging the TV set from electricity, it suddenly got recognised by the iMac. Now I'm afraid to turn everything off... :S
