I wonder if anyone has a cure to solve an issue when my Imac 700Mhz G4 1Gb Ram goes into screen saver or sleep mode?
The issue is such that the machine becomes so slow to react to any command that I basically have to either shut it down (hold the on/off sw) or try to re-start. I have tried to see % of CPU usage on the X11 but this app becomes part of the problem as well.
Once I re-start , the Imac flies again. No problem as long as I keep it running. I have turned off HD shutdown features.
