I'm trying to decide between the new Macbook Pro ( non-retina ) and the old 2011 iMacs.
It seems as though everyone is saying that the iMacs are the ones to go for because of the processor being better, but I cannot see how it could be better, with the new Macbook's geekbench result being higher, indicating to me that there is a better all round performance, as well as the CPU scoring higher than the iMac in a few benchmarks that I have seen ( e.g this)
Does this mean that the new Macbook Pro will perform better than the iMac or is there something that I am missing?

Thanks!
