Imac won't start

Hi,
I have an iMac 24" early 2008
When I want to start my iMac, he gets stuck at startup logo.
I tried everything
-safe boot
- cd bootup
- new hard disk
- new processor
- .... Etc
I'm out of options, is there a solution or is it game over
