My first contribution to macrumors!
The issue: After installing OCLP Sequoia on iMac11,1, TDM would be lost because TDM on the Late 2009 iMac (Mini DisplayPort) is a hybrid feature and Sequoia has dropped significant legacy code. Unfortunately it seems OCLP 2.4.1 didn't patch this (yet).
Good news is I managed to put together a working solution to restore TDM function, which I have outlined in detail on my Notion page. The idea is simply to write a script that toggles the values for the relevant SMC keys, and then bind this script to a shortcut like CMD + F2 via macOS Automator.
Hope y'all find this useful! 😊
