i upgrade my imac11,3 with gpu (Nvidia) and installed successfull on the weekend osx11 with open core-patcher (v030).
but I have on problem with my bluetooth4 usb stick
I used my bt4 tongle bevor on 10.13 without error

i also tryed this usb-stick, which worked successfull on MacPro1,1 with 10.11
