Hello. I am a windows switcher and need a image browser with these features:

1. View all images in folder, choosing the thumbnail size.
2. Batch resizing of selected images to other resolution.
3. Batch renaming of files with adding a serial number to the name.
4. Converting files from one format to another.

In windows I have used Acdsee, in Mac I don't know what to choose. I have tried GraphicConverter, but it don't have "Batch Resize", only "batch rename".

I have tried QuickScale, it support both batch rename and batch resize but it don't have a browser like finder, only drag and drop or adding files to main window. Also I looked through google to Xee, Just Viewing and many other software and didn't find what I need. Can you advice me something?

Sorry for bad english :)
