I got an iMac 2011, running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
Never had a problem with Image Capture before, until recent iPhone update iOS 16.0.2, and now i can't download images, or video's.
I get Import error (-9937)
I have sort to try find reason, and solution, but none work, or are recent to this problem.

Connect your iPhone (iOS 16.0.2) to your iMac (El Capitan 10.11.6) and open iTunes. Is any message displayed regarding a software update?

Obviously it's an issue with the recent iPhone update iOS 16.0.2 up date,
as since then, i can't download images, or video's from Image Capture.

Off topic, but thanks for reminding me about Image Capture. It's always been a super underrated little utility.

Hi I am getting the same error. My iMac OS is High sierra 10.13.6. My iPhone 13 Pro Max has iOS 16.
I have researched the error and taken all the steps and I still get the error. Please advise. Thank you!
