New to the forum and to Mac - I hope someone can help please !
I have a Canon mg2550 printer/scanner used mostly for scanning. Its been working fine since December by using image capture.
Since yesterday however all i get from the image capture is "no camera or scanner selected" message. The little icon on the bottom left shows a blank when opened.
I've switched off printer, reconnected it, re-installed the canon driver. Have also gone into system preffs. and checked the printer is still there and everything ticked.
It will print from any file, but the image capture still shows the same blank message
Help anyone ? ! Desperately need it for work but don't know whats at fault here
