iPhone Image in iPhone 6 signature keeps disappearing

Hello. I am using the iPhone 6 with IOS 8,1,3, I Keep re-creating my email signature because my business logo disappears and leaves behind a box outline when I send email from my iPhone. It works fine on my MacBook Pro, however.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you
